1. Use of Our Site

2. Services & Appointments

All boarding, daycare, and grooming services are by appointment only. Reservations are secured once confirmed through our scheduling system or via direct contact. We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet or owner at our discretion for the safety and well-being of all guests.

3. Health & Safety Requirements

All pets must be up-to-date on required vaccinations, flea/tick prevention, and in good general health to attend boarding, daycare, or grooming appointments. Proof of vaccinations must be provided prior to the first visit and updated annually.

Group play and daycare are only available to pets that are spayed or neutered, non-aggressive, and able to safely socialize with others.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

We kindly ask for at least 2 weeks notice for boarding and daycare and 48 hours for grooming to cancel or reschedule appointments. No-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee. Repeated missed appointments may result in limited booking privileges.

5. Gift Cards

Gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. Gift cards do not expire and can be used toward boarding, daycare, or grooming services. They are transferable but not redeemable for cash.

6. Payments & Refunds

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We do not offer refunds for services rendered, but if you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us so we can make it right.

7. Photo Release

With your consent, photos or videos of your pet may be taken during their stay and used for promotional purposes on our website, social media, or marketing materials. If you do not wish for your pet to be photographed, please let us know in advance.

8. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content on this website – including images, branding, service descriptions, and logos – is the property of No Worries Pet Resort & Spa and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission. To report copyright concerns, contact us using the information below.
