Includes: Full massage bath with premium shampoo and conditioner, nail trim and grind, ear cleaning, brush out and dry. Excessive deshedding will be at additional cost.

What to Expect
Before your pet comes for a grooming appointment with us, they will need the following:
It is important that all pets visiting the resort are vaccinated. Below are the standard vaccinations we require. Please bring a copy of his or her records with you. Vaccines need to be performed by a veterinary professional. No vaccines given by owners will be accepted.

Recommend but not required Distemper/Parvo (DHPP)

Our Cancellation Policy for Grooming
Please allow for 48 hours notice for grooming cancelations. We understand that unexpected situations arise, but we kindly ask for sufficient notice if you need to reschedule. If you miss an appointment without notice, a deposit will be required to schedule your next grooming appointment.
